Returns and Refunds
- Goods will be carefully inspected and packed prior to exiting our premises.
- Goods will be handed over to designated delivery address in good condition.
- If the goods you receive are damaged or unusable condition – Please do not accept the delivery.
- If you accept the delivery and find a problem with the goods, please contact us immediately- please use your order # as reference.
- Items purchased are not refundable.
- Items are not returnable unless a problem is found and advise immediately after receipt.
- If a problem is found a replacement may be possible on a “one to one” basis with no charge to the customer.
