The fruit for this Squealing Pig Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from vineyards near the Awatere River in Marlborough. Attractive tropical fruit, flavours of pineapple, passionfruit, kiwi, and citrus fruit drive a more refined and elegant style with a mineral edge. Ben and Spring are two of the youngest makers around and combine their varied backgrounds to create wines that like them, are a little bit unique.
