The unoaked Chardonnays are clean and crisp with tart citrus and apple flavors similar to Chablis. The oaked versions have riper and more tropical fruit and vanilla flavors similar to California Chardonnays. An oak Chardonnay for after work drinks. Very slurp-able. Nothing special or outstanding but good ripe stone fruit flavors and steady creamy warmth but slightly acidic on the late palette.
