Campari is a herb / spice based Italian liqueur named after its creator Gaspare Campari. Campari is an amazing result from the infusion of herbs, aromatic plants and fruit in plain alcohol and water. With the last two being the recipes only known ingredients.

In the past many people have guessed at the number of ingredients, some say there are 20 or 60, but others list the ingredients at some 80.

This aperitif / liqueur has a wild and whacky taste that is grapefruity, bitter-sweet, and a real spicy concoction.
